IT IS NOT I WHO LIVES
In Christ there is no inferiority or superiority. Christ
lives in me and me in Him. My old bigoted nature rarely raises its ugly head; its
neck is weakened by its submersion under the blood of the lamb. In Christ there
is no superiority; that too is weakened by the blood of the lamb. If ever an elevated
feeling of bigotry or superiority creep up in me I treat them as feces. It is not me that lives but Christ who lives
in me. Therefore, bigotry and superiority I must treat as feces in order to win
the lost for Christ. For Christ in me is the hope of salvation. “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live,
but Christ lives in me.” Galatians 2:20.
